What this site is, and is not
This is an informational and enquiry website. It is not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no price, availability or specification shown here forms a contract. Orders are agreed separately, in writing, with us or with an authorised dealer.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including standards conformity such as ISI marking under I.S. 1061:1997 and ISO 9001:2008 certification. Packaging, labelling and formulation can change. The label on the pack in your hand is the authority — on contents, on dilution and on directions for use — not this website.
Photographs show the product but are not a guarantee of the exact pack, size or fragrance available at a given time.
Using the products safely
Our products are cleaning and disinfectant chemicals. Use them at the dilution stated on the pack, for the purpose stated on the pack, and keep them out of reach of children. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by use that departs from the label directions.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create an order or reserve stock. We may decline any enquiry. Minimum quantities, dealer terms, territories and delivery schedules are agreed case by case.
Intellectual property
The BDN Pharmaceuticals name and logo, the brand names Liquophin, Trimurti-Plus, Rajanigandha, Septimol and Sani Super, and the photographs and text on this site, belong to BDN Pharmaceuticals. Please do not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Where we link out — to our social media pages, for instance — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
