The short version
This website does not run a database, does not set advertising cookies, and does not store anything you type into it. The enquiry form opens your own email programme with the message already written. Nothing is sent to a server of ours until you press send in your own email client.
What we collect on this website
Nothing automatically, beyond what any web server records to serve a page: your browser sends its IP address and browser type to our hosting provider so the page can be delivered. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and its animation libraries from the public code libraries cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net. Those servers receive your IP address when the files load. We do not control what they do with it; their own privacy policies apply.
Your browser may remember, for the length of your visit only, that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play again on every page. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
What you send us directly
When you use the enquiry form, call, or email us, you give us your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your requirement. We use it for one thing: replying to you and, if it becomes an order, supplying you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails sit in our business inbox. Where an enquiry becomes an order, the associated records are kept as long as our tax and statutory obligations require. If you would like your enquiry deleted, write to us and ask.
Who else sees it
Our staff, and where an order is being fulfilled, the dealer or transporter handling your delivery. Nobody else, unless we are required to disclose something by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to bdnpharmanagpur@gmail.com and we will act on it.
Social media
Our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages are run on those platforms, and anything you post or send there is also governed by their policies, not only ours.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, for instance if we ever add an analytics tool or a server-side form, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
