Every batch goes to our own laboratory and is tested against the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and the Bureau of Indian Standards specification. A product that fails any one check is not dispatched.

About the company
Fifty years of the same work, done properly.
Established in 1975, BDN Pharmaceuticals processes and supplies disinfectants and antiseptic fluids, toilet acids and cleaners, coloured and perfumed phenyles, and white and black phenyle.
We manufacture at our own premises in Nagpur, in departments so each stage runs in order. Customers can pay by cash, cheque or demand draft, and can ask for customised packaging and a user manual for their team.

A rate contract we have held for twenty years.
The Director of Medical Education and Research, Government of Maharashtra, awarded BDN a rate contract for Black Disinfectant Fluid supplied to all hospitals and institutions under the state government. We have supplied under it ever since.

Our plant is in Nagpur, the geographic centre of the country, so every direction is a short haul. We grew the way a supply business should, one dealer at a time, each carrying the full range. And we are always looking for the next distributor.

Why buyers move to us
Four complaints we hear in almost every first meeting.
The last supplier was fine, then one batch came weak and my staff blamed the mopping.
Fixed formulation. Our plant is ISO 9001:2008 certified, so the capful behaves the same in March as it did in January.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on whether you are a dealer taking territory or an institution buying for your own building. Tell us which one you are in the form below and we will give you the real number, not a brochure number.
Can I get samples before I commit?
Yes. We would rather you test the products on your own floors than take our word for it. Ask for a sample set and name the surfaces you need to clean, so we send the right few products instead of the whole range.
How do I know what to dilute it to?
Every label carries the dilution for household use and for institutional use, and they are different. Liquophin runs at 1:100 for general mopping. Septimol is stronger for hospital use than for a kitchen platform. If your housekeeping team needs a chart for the wall, we will send you one.
Do you supply to government hospitals?
Yes. The Director of Medical Education and Research, Government of Maharashtra, holds a rate contract with us for Black Disinfectant Fluid supplied to all hospitals and institutions under the state government, and we have supplied under it for twenty years.
Do you do private labelling?
We make products under our own brands, and we have the plant capacity to discuss labelling for large institutional contracts. Start the conversation in the form and mention the volume you have in mind.
What margin does a dealer make?
Margins depend on the territory, the range you carry and the volume you commit to. A dealer carrying the full range earns considerably more than one carrying two lines, because the second order comes from the same buyer. We will walk through the numbers on a call.
How long does delivery take?
Nagpur sits at the geographic centre of the country, so most places are a short haul from the plant. Your dealer will confirm the dispatch schedule for your area. If we do not have a dealer near you yet, you are exactly who we are looking for.
